A new exhibition at the Roca London Gallery (9 Feb – 19 May 2018) looks at using wood to build high-rise buildings. The exhibition carries interviews with key participants in the field of using engineered timber products, including cross-laminated timber (CLT).  Examples of completed projects sit alongside more ambitious concept and research proposals showing what is possible today, and what will be possible with changing building codes and new thinking by developers, governments and the construction industry – for the cities of tomorrow.

Clare Farrow, co-curator of the exhibition, has written an article for dezeen about it. Read the full article, “If urban densification is inevitable, then let it be done with a material that makes us happy”  here.
