Diana Waldron is an Architectural Engineer with a Master’s degree on Environmental Design of Buildings and a PhD on Plants and Architecture, from the Welsh School of Architecture. Diana has been working with WKW for several year, mainly focused on the areas related to Building Performance Evaluation and Embodied Carbon. Prior to joining WKW, she worked on a number of innovative research projects, including the Low Carbon Research Institute (LCRI), the Sustainable Building Envelope Demonstration Project (SBED) and the Sêr Cymru National Research Network for Low Carbon Energy and Environment (NRN-LCEE) at the Welsh School of Architecture. She led the building performance evaluation research within the first phase of the Home-Grown Homes project, based at Cardiff Metropolitan University. She continues to work within the second phase of the Home-Grown Homes project, now working directly as a member of the WKW Team.
