Its 12 months since the Tai ar y Cyd collaboration of Welsh social landlords launched its new pattern book of zero carbon house designs.
The 25 social landlords are one of the biggest and strongest housing collaboration in Wales. They have been working hard to start using the new house designs on sites across the country.
The Tai ar y Cyd pattern book is a key tool to help build better performing homes that can unlock the full potential of a strong short supply chain. We will only see benefits if we have stronger collaboration between landlords, contractors, timber frame manufacturers, supply chain more widely, designers and architects and more.
