Understand how to overcome challenges when delivering Net Zero homes at WoodBUILD 2024 workshop, 2 July, 14:00
‘Delivering affordable homes – wood works‘
This workshop will be a combination of ‘live’ attendees and a virtual audience. You will hear from the creators of the DNZ Pattern Book and other industry experts about the need for energy-efficient low carbon, affordable homes. This will require new design and delivery models and a change in the way homes are designed, built and procured. You will hear about the aggregated demand from 22 Welsh Housing Associations who, working alongside Welsh Government, have committed to a collaborative approach to designing and delivering energy-efficient new homes for their tenants.
As well as hearing from industry experts, the workshop will encourage contributions from the audience to help agree the best way to deploy the DNZ pattern book at scale to an aggregated pipeline.
